Join Naomi Kooker, associate professor of Communication in the Marshall M. Sloane School of Business and Communication, along with Lindsay Caddle LaPointe, former instructor at Regis College, to screen Why Are You You?, a feature documentary that explores how a now-defunct youth empowerment program shaped and saved the lives of countless teens by helping them build emotional resilience and giving them a sense of belonging at the most tender time in their lives.

At a time when adolescent emotional health dominates headlines, Why Are You You? is a call to reimagine community-based, peer-to-peer emotional support for young people navigating the most formative years of their lives. A panel discussion will follow the screening.
